Party Finger Food -mini Prata ( Roti Canai ) Sausage Roll

Prata ( Roti Canai ) Sausage Roll
Mini Prata Sausage Roll

Serves : each piece of Prata can make 3 portions of sausage roll
Ingredients : 
- some frozen Prata ( Roti Canai, Indian pancakes )
- a pack of Chicken Franks sausages

Preheat :
- oven : at 185'C, bake at 185'C for 3 mins then at 200'C for 6mins or until light golden brown
- AirFryer : preheat at 200'C for 3 mins, bake for 6mins

*Please note : you may need to adjust the baking time as every oven may be varied in size, height  and depth.

 Method :
- take out the sausage from the freezer and let it defrost by itself at the room temperature or until soft, cut each sausage into 2 sections, use a fork to poke a few holes in the middle of the sausage.



- when the pancake is a bit soften, cut the pancake into 3 triangle shapes, do not delay as the pancake can be soften fast, once it is too soft it will be too sticky to cut and roll, on the other hand if it is still  hard straight away from the freezer, it will be difficult to roll too it will break, therefore when you are about to finish cutting the sausage then only you take out the frozen Prata from the freezer.


- put the sausage on the wider portion side of the Prata, roll it until reaching the other narrow end.



- bake in the oven or AirFryer, serve while it is hot!
