Oreo Chocolate Chip Cupcakes |
Makes : 10 medium size cupcakes
Ingredients :
- 110g ( 2/3 cup ) of self-raising flour, sifted
- 100g of butter, soften
- 100g muscovado sugar
- 40g chocolate chips, smash a little
- 2 large eggs
Frosting :
- 110g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 30g icing sugar
- 50g butter, soften
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 10 mini size of Oreo Cookies (whole)
- 6 mini size of Oreo Cookies, smashed fine
☆ Note : discard all the Oreo filling as we only need the biscuits
Preheat :
- preheat the oven or Airfryer at 180'C then bake for 15mins

Method :
- combine all the ingredients except the ingredients for frosting, add the eggs one by one, whisk till smooth.
- line the cups onto the holes of the baking tin.
- fill each of the cups slightly above half then bake them in the preheated oven.
- transfer the cupcakes out on a wire rack and leave them cool.
- in a clean whisking bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter till fluffy.
- fold in sugar, vanilla, and the smashed Oreo cookies, make sure they are evenly spread.
- once the cupcakes are cool down, you can start to apply the frosting on top of the cupcakes with a butter spread knife, then deco then with the Oreo cookies, that's it!
