Garlic Bread |
Ingredients :
- 80g of salted butter
- 4 big cloves of garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tsp of grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp heap finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 big Baguette bread, sliced slant of 2cm thickness
- pinch of fine sugar (optional)
- pinch of fine sugar (optional)
Method :
- soften the butter at room temperature.
- mix all ingredients in a bowl or container.
- spread a layer of the garlic spread on the bread and toast in the oven at 150'C for 4mins or until the edge of the bread become brown and crispy.
- if you like, you may sprinkle a little fine sugar on top after toasting it. (optional)

Note : if you have balance of the garlic spread, put it in an airtight container, lay a layer of plastic cling on it and make sure the plastic is touching the garlic spread, cover it and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, when need it bring out from the fridge in advance until the spread is almost soften.
