What are the vitamins and benefits you gain from the food you consume?

While i am sharing my recipes for cooking at this site, i would like to take this opportunity to input some knowledge about the benefits of food we consume in a more educational way. I am not a doctor nor a nutritionist therefore i can only provide you the information in brief.  I will do my best to source for the information from reliable sources as much as i can.
