Recipe For Butter Cake

Butter Cake
Butter Cake 


Preheat : Philip AirFryer at 180'C for 3mins then bake for 15mins
             :  or preheat oven at 185'C and bake for 25mins
Makes : either two of 6 inches round baking tins or 3 to 4 rectangle baking tins

Ingredients :
- 280g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Bake King Baking Powder
- 210g sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 5 eggs
- 180g all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Always sift the flour before added to any batter


Method :
- preheat the oven.
- lightly beat the butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
- add eggs one at a time, beat well.
- add vanilla.
- sift the flour into the batter, add baking powder and salt, continue to beat.
- grease the baking tins with butter, fill 3/4 full of the baking tins, bake accordingly.
- after baked, cool it on a rack before cutting.

Tips : do not throw away the butter wrapper yet but use it to grease the baking tin
Bake at the normal oven
