Recipe For Heart Shape Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients :
- 120g butter
- 75g pure chocolate
- 1 egg
- 60g fine sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 40g self rising flour, sifted
- 15g Hazelnuts, break into small pieces
- 15g Walnuts, break into small pieces
- pinch of salt
- some icing sugar for decorating
- some sugar bits for decorating

Preheat :
- oven : at 180'C bake for 20 to 22mins
- AirFryer : preheat at 180'C for 3mins, bake for 20 to 22mins or until the brownies is cooked by doing a test using a chopstick to poke


Method :
- melt the chocolate and butter on low heat, put the chocolate in a glass bowl and put the glass bowl in a cooking pot filled with boiling water, keep stiring on the melting chocolate, [I broke my glass bowl.... :(  ]
- when the chocolate almost done, add the butter.

 - leave it cool at room temperature.
- beat egg, sugar, salt, vanilla till light and creamy.
- when the chocolate is cool down, add it to the batter
- add the flour and nuts, stir.
- bake it, leave cool before cutting.



To decorate the brownies :
- fold a paper, draw half of a heart, cut a heart shape of the size smaller than of your plate



- lay the heart shape on the plate


- sift some coco powder at the edge of the heart shape, take out the paper


- on another plate, cut a smaller heart shape paper, smaller then the size of the brownies


- sift some icing sugar on the heart shape


- place the brownies onto the plate with big heart shape
- if you do not like the design above, if may try another reverse design below
